Recipes you CAN Enduldge in and NOT feel Guilty
You will be delighted with recipes here to properly "FUEL" your body so you do not have the feeling of guilt, you are not left 'empty stomached' and at the same time you can actually enjoy eating that super delicious brownie, no bake cookie or comforting hawaiian banana bread! Wow, who knew eating organic and clean could be so good and satisfying and actually good for you!

Keep in mind, all ingredients listed are always organic, so when you see salt listed in recipes, it does NOT mean the fake white stuff you see on tables and in restaurants. When we list eggs, we always use local free range eggs from trusted farmers. When you see beef/bison, we are talking about 100% grass fed and humanely raised and humanely harvested. (never grocery store crap) We usually specify the type of sugar we used in a recipe, such as demerara, sucanant or coconut sugars.
Our favorite ingredients come from Celtic Sea Salt, Selina Naturally, Manitoba Harvest, Navitas Naturals, Phresh Greens, Bob's Red Mills and straight from our GARDEN!
You will not see any soy, canola oil or toxic ingredients listed. Also, you will NOT see any Agave Nectar on here either! Agave has had an awesome marketing campaign to lead the public to thinking that this is the "new honey" or "natural sweetener". What they fail to tell you is that it has been processed using high heating methods. This causes the nectar to have a chemical change and therefore reacts the same way as high fructose corn syrup. The only way agave nectar is good for you at all is ONLY if the nectar is cold pressed extracted and you know where the plant came from. Most companies do NOT do this, so it is best to leave this nectar alone unless you can track the plant and extraction method.
