We are an organization that works as a Ministry under the IRS guidelines of appropriate good will organizations. We are covered under the TRUST and ESTATE of LYNNETTE MARIE PATE, the founder of this organization.

We are listed as "OTHER" in the IRS records when filing as an exempt MINISTRY for tax purposes. Please see documentation below.
Is your organization a charitable tax deduction for me or my company?
No, you can not ask for a charitable tax deduction if you or your company obtains the seal. HOWEVER, if your company wishes to hire additional services from PIV, such as Ambassadorship, advertising or logo placements as noted in the press kit, then you may use a tax deduction by way of advertising dollars for your company.
Consult with your accountant for further information on ways you can get different tax deductions.
How is your organization funded?
We are a self-funded organization without any help from government corporations. Our work is strictly voluntary until we build our funds to pay our team for research, testing, interviewing and etc. We build our funds only by the efforts from the Fuel for the Body bike T.O.U.R.s around the world, as seen on previous pages. We also build our funds by levels of ambassadorship in which a company chooses to have representation from our company's founder, Lynnette Marie, as noted above and in the fees section of the Pure Integrity Verified™ seal of approval press kit.
Is Pure Integrity Vefified™ a non-profit 501c3?
No, we are not listed as a 501c3 organization. We do not want to confuse the public since 501c3s are often times very much FOR PROFIT organizations. Although we are not a FOR Profit organization, we are a MINISTRY. A Ministry is an organization in which works/volunteers for the greater good of human kind to bring peace and harmony to the world.
We are covered and protected by the IRS in many ways with our TRUST, ESTATE and the Native American Church of the Oklevueha as well as under the umbrella of Bountiful Earth, a Corporation Sole in which was created on September 30, 2004 and registered with the Secretary of State in Washington state.
